Q&A

We all have questions, and my hope is that this page can help answer some of yours! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have further questions or if you want to move forward with your own personal session! I am here to serve you! 

Q. Do you allow for change of outfits? 

Answer: Yes! You can bring whatever outfits or props you want for your pictures. This is YOUR session! So make it you :) 

Q. How does booking work? 

Answer: 1.) Fill out my contact form under the "contact" tab . 2.) I will reply back as soon as I am able to talk specific date and times that work for both of our schedule. 3.) Pick your location... I can help with this, but I like to give you the first choice if you have a place in mind. 4.) I'll meet you at the location on the designated day. 

Depending on the purpose of the session, I will need time in advance. Usually for simple sessions such as portraits or family, I won't need more than a couple weeks notice. However, for a bigger event, I usually need more than a few months notice.

Q. Do you do weddings and events?

Answer: Yes! Please contact me if you are in need of a photographer for your big event. I will then discuss my rates for your event, and we will come to an agreement.

Q. Am I limited to a one hour session?

Answer: You may have noticed that my pricing is per hour. However, that does not mean that you need to have an hour session! I am willing to work with your needs, and if you only want 30 minutes of my time, I will compensate for that only. If you want more than an hour session, I will also adjust payment accordingly. Usually my sessions only take an hour, and I find it more simple for everyone involved if I have a base price and adjust as needed. Just let me know what you need, and I will see what I can do! 

Q. Do you limit your sessions to a certain number of photos? 

Answer: No, I give you the best pictures that I take, but I do not limit myself to a certain amount of pictures. At the end of the session, I will sort through all the photos and give you the best ones, regardless of the number of photos. If you have a specific request, don't hesitate to let me know!

Q.  How do I get my pictures? 

Answer: I deliver your photos through a professional gallery where you can download the pictures you want and use them for any purpose you so desire. The photos  are delivered in a JPEG format, and all of them will be edited. 

Q.  Where are you located?

Answer: I am located in Mexico, Missouri which is a rural town 1.5 hours west of St. Louis and just outside of Colombia. However, I have connections in Kansas City and am able to shoot a session there as well with no travel fee.

Q. Do you travel? 

Answer: Yes! Since I am located in a small town, I am prepared to travel to the location you desire. If you are located in Kansas City, you do not need to pay for a travel fee. See my rates below. 
30 miles or less: Free travel cost! 
Over 30 miles Gas/mileage reimbursement depending on distance. 
Over 150 miles: Gas/mileage and lodging depending on location. 
Out of state: Travel fee (either gas/mileage or flight if needed) and lodging for night of event. 


* If you hire me to do an event out of state, I will discount your hourly fee as a Thank You for the opportunity
